• Hair Care: Mix your EriCare Castor oil with any carrier/essential virgin oil and apply a small amount to the scalp and massage gently, you can also apply this product directly by just warming it. Leave on for at least an hour, or overnight, before shampooing. For split ends, apply a small amount of warm castor oil directly to the tips of your hair.

• Skin Care: Apply a few drops of organic cold-pressed castor oil to clean skin and massage in gently. Can be used as a daily moisturizer for mix to dry skin. It can also be used in minor skin inflammation.

• Eyelashes and Eyebrows: Using a clean spoolie provided in the EriCare box, apply a tiny amount to your lashes and/or brows before bedtime. See them grow over the next few weeks.

• Edible usage maximum recommended 1 tsp/day. (Not Recommended for Children below 5 Years)

• CAUTION: Perform a patch test on the inner elbow, keep for 30 minutes. If irritation develops, discontinue use immediately.
